I would give them 0 if I could, but 1 is the minimum on here. Rip-off b*stards kept my holiday pay without telling me when the end of the tax year came and then made it very difficult to claim it when I noticed by chance a few months later. The following year I got a P45 email with a note in the middle of the email saying if I didn't claim my holiday pay by the end of March it 'may be lost'. I wonder how many people didn't notice that note. The P45 wasn't sent to me but uploaded to a portal so of course now I'm doing my tax return months later I can't access it.

I am extremely disappointed . I am paid weekly every Friday, however I have now missed two consecutive payments with no resolution.

I have not been paid for the weeks of 5th January and 12th January, and despite formally raising this with payroll/accounts, I am still waiting for my wages. This has caused serious financial difficulty and unnecessary stress.

This situation is completely unacceptable. Being paid on time is the bare minimum expectation, and the lack of urgency and communication makes it even worse.

I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this agency to think carefully, as reliability and professionalism are clearly lacking.

Sketchy, dodgy, scam company. Investigated by the Pension Ombusdman some years ago, they went into hiding and have resurfaced now offering new discounts and deals. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They stole part of my income, falsely claiming it was going into a non-existent pension pot, they were liquidated and I was unable to get the money refunded. I recommend doing a Subject Access Request so you can clearly see how much money they took from you, but good luck getting it back.

I have worked with E-payme now for around 7 years. During this Covid Pandemic they helped financially support my business and pay the workers when clients left me us without pay. On a handshake Andrew (the CEO) stepped in and made sure we would survive this very difficult time. As a result we are here today and able to survive this while Epayme let us pay back the workers money over a 7 month period as we lost 90% of our normal revenue. As a business owner I cannot recommend them enough and if you are a staff member thinking about joining them I can tell you first hand that they priority is always to get the best deal for the workers even in tough circumstances like we are facing in 2020. Very few businesses or owners would have done what Epayme did for us and i'm forever thankful.
