Eventually everything was done perfectly
very strange contact with this company and even stranger outcome. man came around and seemed in a rush but seemed to ask all the right questions. but no contact following this and no EPC - just nothing. would not recommend at all. something strange going on.
Following the first 48 hours of no contact Julian apologised and the EPC was done and even when I noted some amendments he prompted changed and added my details quickly. In the end a great result
