Should not put your money into this company. Bought 2 new miners beginning of the year and 1 is already broke after 6 months. Besides that revenues are poor, and less profit than they promissed. Most annoying part is already had 2 months of wrong energybills received. Cuz I found out, and complained I received reaction;
The invoice has been adjusted and we apologize for the confusion caused.
How can I trust them, if this happens already 2 times in such a short period. If I wasn’t sharp about this they just stole my money and just invoice me for unused energy. Which is very difficult to track btw.

Please also note that you have been mining for only six months, whereas the communicated investment period is four years. This period accounts for fluctuations in mining performance, as there will be times when mining yields lower rewards due to various factors such as global mining competition, network difficulty adjustments, BTC halving cycles, market price changes, and periods of downtime.
The return on investment we have communicated is based on the average reward over a four-year mining period. This figure is then divided by the number of months to provide an indicative average monthly return. Short-term variations are therefore to be expected, and it is important to assess performance over the full investment horizon.

However, I must firmly correct several of the statements made in your message, as they do not reflect the reality of my experience or the facts at hand.

1. Payment History & Prepayments
Your claim that I have not paid in advance is incorrect. I have in fact paid three months in advance for electricity, which includes:
• A one-month deposit,
• Two months of prepaid service,
as reflected in the invoices — where each end-of-month billing covers the upcoming month. I also have payment proof for the most recent invoice in July, which was settled well within a reasonable timeframe. Despite this, the miners were suspended less than 20 hours after the invoice was issued, without any warning, reminder, or opportunity to respond.

2. Service Delays & Delivery Issues
Epic Mining has repeatedly failed to meet its commitments, both in terms of delivery timelines and the expected output of the machines. There were months of vague promises before the miners were delivered, and once operations began, performance has consistently underdelivered compared to what was initially communicated.
Furthermore, almost 5 to 6 out of the 40 miners are consistently offline or marked as ‘under maintenance’, and this has been the case since the beginning — which is extremely concerning for machines that were sold as “new”. I’ve repeatedly raised this issue, only to receive generic, politically correct responses that avoid addressing the substance of my concerns. The lack of a clear technical explanation is unacceptable.

3. BTC Withdrawals & Transparency
While I am aware of the watcher link, the data shown there does not match the information in the Epic Mining dashboard. The discrepancies are significant and recurring, suggesting that either one or both platforms do not reflect the actual mining activity or balances. Despite reporting this multiple times, I have not received a clear explanation — only surface-level replies.
It is also unacceptable that Epic Mining appears to withhold mined BTC based on alleged payment delays — especially when no actual overdue balance exists. The conditional release of funds tied to services I’ve already paid for resembles a form of financial coercion. Clients should not have to chase what they have rightfully earned.

4. Communication Attempts Ignored
I have attempted to reach out multiple times via WhatsApp and direct phone calls, with no response. Suggesting there was “no communication from the client” is inaccurate and unfair. Ignoring direct outreach while issuing automated emails or invoices is not customer support — it’s avoidance.

5. Concerns in the Community
Finally, I’m not alone in my concerns. Many within the client community are expressing doubts about whether client-owned miners are being used to mine for Epic Mining’s own benefit. Given the fact that Epic Mining unilaterally controls when and whether mined BTC is paid out, this perception is only growing stronger. The current lack of operational transparency, inconsistent data, and centralized control over payouts will be further investigated.
Next Steps
I request the following:
• Immediate reactivation of all mining operations,
• Full release of all mined BTC to my wallet

Epic Mining doing a great job by hosting 80.000 machines for Bitcoin mining.
What I like is the concept, also the full transparency and that everything is showed via video on a very clear way. So far I only bought BTC, but it is really cool to be able to do BTC mining now with 1 machine.
The login page is very clear with all explantion how it works, including video's.
Also the support is very good.
Send a mail and you will get very quickly a respond back with ans answer that make really sense.
It keeps a risk, so only do this with money you can miss, but think it would be great to add this advanture to my portfolio.

After a year that the miner has been active, I cannot really speak of a stable environment. Too often there are problems of any kind to report. Now there is the added regulation of the EEP on top of it, which makes it once again undermine its efficiency. What will be next? The sales pitches with its efficiency projections are also proving to be unrealistic, even over a period of 4 to 5 years.
Regardless of the resembling problems the past year and now, I cannot be satisfied and I will be happy that within four years from now the machine will go EOL and I can put this adventure behind me.
This is currently my opinion and belief that I do not want to promote this to my friends and acquaintances.
