The Cooler DOES NOT work. it is a heater. It works no better than a normal fan. Do Not buy this product it is fraudulent advertising.

I had a query and it was cleared up in a flash, well done
Customs damaged Epicooler I wrote with photo's to the company Immediately after delivery of my product the excellent prompt reply from the Epicooler help service department was brilliant by offering to send me a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

When viewing this I did not realize the price shown was USA price. At no stage in advertising did it say this or even suggest an Australian price. It wasn’t until I checked my email to show the purchase that I realize the price I thought I was paying was American dollars .

There's nothing constructive to be said about a company that steals money from a customer. You are selling a heater not a cooler. There is a fan which blows hot air around . NO COOLER! You are frauds with no way to get our money back!

Not as advertised. Been waiting for hours for a change down in temp when its on cooling and supposed to go down to 16 as per promotion. REALISED NOW I HAVE BEEN SCAMED and what makes it worse I got caught on the exchange rate which added almost $100 to the advertised price. Heating works well though although I bought it for cooling.

The Epicooler is not an aircooler. It is an expensive fan. Does not cool at all. The company knows this and still keeps selling the device. Fraud. Company needs to be shut down.

Where to start! Ordered 3Jan, contacted over 12 times trying to cancel order or find out when they would arrive. Received 2 HEATERS 10Feb! Sent early Feb. NO COOLING at all!! Now they want to refund 25%. It's a joke! It is a great (but expensive) heater though.

Very frustrating with emails going back and forth but finally someone listened and the outcome was good
It doesn't deserve a 1 star.
When I did my research, I thought I was dealing with an Australian company. $227 was deducted from my account instead of $139. So I emailed them asking to cancel the order and for a refund.
Their generic response was, the parcel was dispatched within an hour of the purchase. They suggested to try the product first.
So I waited for it to arrive. Upon receiving it, I plugged it in and switched it on looking forward to the cooling function. It blew warm to hot air.
After giving it an hour, it did not improve. I packed it back in ots box then emailed them asking for a refund.
They said that they are unable to process a refund until they receive notification that it had arrived.
I immediately took photos and sent it to them proving that the cooler had arrived.
They said that they needed it returned in its original package undamaged.
I said that it is not damaged and please send a return address.
They offered 20% refund to save me returning the a potentially damaged product at my expense.
I declined and asked for my full refund and a return address.
They offered 40% in case the product is damaged.
I declined.
We are now up to 70% refund which they feel is a good deal.
I am still insisting on the full refund and a return address.
That is where I am up to. I have had the unit for 36hours l
Frankly, it should go.to the dump.

They are complete scam. Charged me twice. Then chasing tracking info, asked 5 times. Different excuses. Bank refunded me one. Hope to get second charge back. Why cant they be shut down?

As a shift worker I wanted something to help keep my room cool when trying to sleep between shifts.....what a waste of money, my pedestal fan does a better job.
Heater is great, but not in the middle of an Australian summer.
Can't get hold of anyone to return the bloody things either!!

DI NOT BUY THIS PRIDUCT!!!! I waited extended time for delivery is the first issue. After repeated asking where the goods were and when expected delivery.
Was send multiple links to show progress, surprise had to pay to view or it was illegible.
The goods finally arrived I bought 3 small units for small bedrooms. ( not expecting a small unit to work in a large space. I am realistic).
But the units are unless I left the unit on 16 to cool a small bedroom it did not make any difference at all. Absolutely usless DO NOT buy this product.
Extremely disappointed beyond words.
On that note it’s that bad I never write reviews. I wanted to warn others not to buy.
Very dissatisfied customer !!!

What a joke. Don’t buy this item. It is a scam. Both times I have not received an EPI-cooler, but a cooling fan. Does not do what it’s supposed to. Australia you should be ashamed of yourself saying it’s Australia made. You say it’s Australian but when you go through the channels it is coming from another country. They even have to put in steel plates in the packaging to get the weight right. I’m very disappointed and sad😞😞😞
Was so looking forward to using it. In the bin.

Scam from the get go. Claims to be a Australian company when infact it Hong Kong. I have been charged in usd. So a product that should have been 157.00 is now 248.00. BUYER BEWARE

Product took 26 days to arrive.
It is not quiet
It or maybe just mine only has hot/cold-NOT multi function as stated
As other say, INBOX is always full and mail is returned
DEFINATELY FALSE ADVERTISING.
Price is USD not AUD .
The COOLING is hopeless, a fan provides better cooling.
Overall, a complete waste of money, I have asked for a full refund but as to be expected ' IN BOX' is full

Bought the Epicooler online at Christmas time. Was bitterly disappointed to receive 2 so called Epicooler Air Conditioners that actually turned out to be heaters with a fan mode. Cooling mode is a joke. No better than a desk fan on a hot summers day. The worst part is this company has no after sales service. Tried to contact them via email, which was conveniently full and receiving to much mail, and via their 24/7 customer care online. No answers. Did not proceed with phone calls or redirection through the internet as there was an Alert for possible Phishing from this site. I wanted a refund since this was not what I ordered. And ONLY after opening a dispute with PayPal, was I able to get a response and return the goods for a refund. This company used Instagram platform to advertise their product. So I thought I was ok buying a “credible” product online. Always use PayPal for purchases. Protect yourself. This False advertising and not quoting product in US dollars needs to be investigated by our Department of Fair Trading.

They were able to change the delivery address after I placed the order.
Placed it on to cool my room yesterday for 5 hours. 31 degrees at the beginning of the 5 hours and at the end still 31 degrees. I even took pictures with a large thermostat in the room.
Was set on 17 degrees celcius and cool wind and it just moved the air around and did not cool.
