Same here, ordered and paid, no stroller....
It’s definitely a scam!

I may sound like a broken record here. Bought the fold up stroller for a trip, paid for it, got an email saying it's shipped but no tracking number provided. Emailed them several times but no response and now the site is down. I'm out 85 bucks. Buyer beware. It's been 6 weeks since I placed the order.

Same story - order a stroller, they took my money, won't respond to my emails and now the website is down. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the order.

This looks like a fake site. Ordered stroller and was marked shipped. Not received until now after a month. Website seems to be down for maintenance now. No replies for the questions.

I ordered a fold up stroller for a trip... emailed to ask about expedited shipping a got a response back the same day saying it had shipped. 4 weeks later still no stroller. After multiple attempts to contact someone with no reply their website is “down” I will assume I got scammed. How disappointing!!

If giving no stars was an option I would’ve done it!!! This site straight up screws you out of your money. You order they give you a shipping notification email and then they disappear and shut down there website!!!

PS if you ordered the stroller that folded to the size of a briefcase and still need one they sell the same one on amazon
(pokit stroller) which is much more trust worthy it’s $180 but you get it in 2-3 days.

I ordered a stroller for our vacation. I received an email stating it was shipped. It has been almost a month now. No tracking number and no stroller. I have sent several emails with no response. Now their site is down.

I ordered a stroller for out trip in a few weeks got an email saying it shipped and have not received it and now the website is not working and no number to call them. If this is a scam they should be ashamed of them selves. I will never recommend buying anything from them and it is very upsetting that they would scam hard working people. Not sure what I will do if i don’t get the stroller before our trip.. so upset right now horrible company

I ordered a pushchair from you and after numerous none answered emails I’ve still not received it! Spent £63 and starting to believe this company is a scam! Really upset

I ordered a stroller and swim float from here after seeing a Facebook add. I received an email on May 18th that the order had shipped and to use tracking info to see delivery but no tracking info was provided. I still have not received my order. I have sent 2 emails inquiring about the shipment with no response. The website claims to have 24/7 customer service. I called the phone number listed and it is not a working number. I have to assume this website is a scam since there
has been zero attempt to help or even respond to my issue. The website even claims "full refund" if order is not received but of course you can't get your money back from a company that won't take your calls or respond to your emails. Buyer Beware.
