Update: The issue has now been resolved and I have received a full refund from EpicVIN. I appreciate their response in handling this matter.

Paid for the 3 day trial and then charged £59.99 for full subscription. After asking for a refund as i never actually used it after the 3 day trial I was declined!
It's a big scam and the information that you actually get doesn't reflect the price as the UK government website is free for the same info.
