Fantastic turnaround on a competitively priced set of soft luggage. I was a little wary of this company at first, not having heard of them before… But a little online searching found a forum with active participation by the store owner, who genuinely appears to care for the market, and the reputation of his business based on a job done well. In this I was served 100% - great service, great price. I’ll definitely shortlist again for future purchases of adventure gear.

I found this business by accident whilst trawling the internet looking for some soft panniers and boy am I glad I did. They had what I wanted in stock and at a very competitive price. Order placed Tuesday panniers delivered Thursday along with a very nice note from the business owner. I will definitely be using Epik Moto again and be recommending Epik Moto to friends.

Customer service I received from Phil @ Epikmoto has been 2nd to none. Couldn’t do enough for me when exchanging an item due to unfortunate circumstances. Will 100% be my go to for future purchases. 6 out of 5 Star rating from me.

Fantastic new outdoor company. Almost couldn't believe they had the Terra Nova Jupiter Lite Bivi when I saw it on their website, since that bivi is impossible to find nowadays. Thought it was too good to be true but I took a chance, and I am so pleased I did. Very fast shipping and I even got a lovely handwritten note and free keychain with my purchase. The bivi is exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier, would recommend this site to anyone having doubts, they are legit!

Discovered EpikMoto through a search for a Kriega bag for commuting. Got the bag (R22) at a great price, and free delivery which was super quick. A nice personal thanks on the invoice made me smile. All in all a great new small business to buy from. I'll definitely buy from EpikMoto again.
