Won't supply a invoice for purchases

Bought a alarm watch not had it long but seems to work OK only trouble is we recieved a sales order when purchased but my accountant requires a invoice so requested this from the company only to be told they don't do invoices !! I questioned this only to be completely ignored and have had no response at all.

Consumer rights

Purchased the Empatica EmbracePlus Epimonitor alarm through this company.
There were a number of issues with the EmbracePlus, including numerous false alarms through the night, and a lack of data feed to the app. Also, the app insisted set up was not complete unless we gave it permission to see the exact location of our child, even though we have no need of the 'physician tracking' function - weird.
So, EmbracePlus returned, both because it did not work as expected, and was also seemingly malfunctioning. We were surprised to see a refund from Epilepsy Alarms UK with delivery postage deducted. On questioning, this was initially refused, together with return postage costs for a faulty item, citing the terms on their website. Only following a reminder of UK Consumer Law did this company agree to a full refund. Disappointing. Don't let this happen to you.

Poor backing of an expensive medical device.

I have had issues since purchasing this alarm, yes they resolve them most of the time, watch locking out, and changed over base unit eventually, but slowly and just refer you back to the manufacturer each time. My contract was with them, I find them less than helpful.

On this occasion, the fault related to the manufacturers app on your device which we hadn't supplied. So in order for you to receive the best diagnostic support we referred you to the manufacturer who own and maintain the app to resolve your technical issues.

We hope that the explanation above has provided you with a better understanding of how our service works.
