They simply stole my deposit and did…

They simply stole my deposit and did not do the job they commited CAB says I should take it to court - I ask: why does the High Court contract with such an agency and puts them in a monopoly position? Shame on them for stealing £250 from a disabled person.

Disgraceful payment rate 50 cents

Disgraceful payment rate. 1000 words is 50 cents! Shameless!
But they except from a freelance minimum bachelor degree and 3 grammary and literacy tests. It's should be normal criteria but for decent payment!

disgrace to the British justice system

This office is a disgrace to the British justice system. They exploit their monopoly position and without valid legal information, they tell you times and amounts on their stomachs. It has now been revealed that a part of the office is discriminatory . But the Administrative Court, London uses 'only them'.

NOT RECOMMENDED! [UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW OF 1.10.14]

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW LEFT 1.10.24:

I WAS FORCED TO OBTAIN ANOTHER TRANSCRIPT AND ONCE AGAIN WORDS WERE MISSING SHOWN BY -- [DASHES IN MANY PLACES]! IMPORTANT NUANCES OMITTED!

TYPISTS EMPLOYED BY EPIQGLOBAL ARE DEFINITELY NOT RSA QUALIFIED AUDIO TYPISTS WHO'S MOTHER TONGUE IS ENGLISH AND EDUCATED TO A HIGH STANDARD.

VERY DIFFICULT TO GET SPEAK TO ANYONE, LEFT MANY MESSAGES AND NEVER RECEIVED CALL-BACK. JUST WANT YOUR MONEY/QUICK BUCK?

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS ORGANISATION, BUT NOT SURE ANOTHER WOULD BE ANY DIFFICULT IN TODAY'S CIRCUMSTANCES. IF I HAD PRODUCED SUCH WORK, I WOULD HAVE SOON BEEN OUT OF A JOB BECAUSE ACCURACY AND JOINED UP SENTENCES WERE PARAMOUNT.

THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE. PERHAPS OTHERS MAY HAVE BEEN LUCKIER THAN ME.

Refusing to repay £198.00 overcharge.

I used epiqglobal.co.uk's transcript service. They demanded payment in full of their 'estimated' cost for preparing a transcript. They then provided the final invoice which showed their 'estimated' cost was £198.28 overcharged. I have been requesting a refund of this overcharge since November 16th 2021. I have sent them numerous emails but I am told, "I will forward your request to investigate your refund."
It is a disgrace that a company like this should ride roughshod over a 74 year old who could use the money owed by them. It is MY money and they are delaying, obstructing or have no intention of returning it.
Shame on you Epiq Global UK.
