Episolar installed heat pump in our house. Hasan Dilek was the advisor and a great work from him, timely follow-ups until installation and helped to claim subsidy from government also. Thank you Hasan and Episolar.
Hasan was so professional in explaining the solar panels and the other products benefits. The delivery and installation was on time as agreed . Good work done, easily recommendable to others to get guidance from Hasan
The team did a great job. Installed a heat pump and 12 Solar panels in just one day.
The solution is SMART and futureproof ( you can integrate different battery solutions or devices to control and manage the equipment).
Hassan provided all the information and the entire process was smooth.
Over all installation was good,
Hasan Huseyin Dilek-Personal advisor was good with the explanation of the product.
But they have to imporve good visible after installation, in my case after the installtion it doesn't look good visible for me they should have done better.
Solor Panel, Haet Pump and CV was installed on 3rd week after the payment, it takes 4 day's for CV, Heat pump and Solar panels installation.
Hasan Huseyin Dilek was good advisor, when i have question he replied very well overall good experinace with them but bit disappointed with extra charges

Dank voor uw ervaring.
De technieker is bij u alsnog kosteloos langs geweest om de monitoring bij u in orde te brengen.
In Eindhoven was op het moment van het inregelen van de monitoring een black out (stroomstoring) en hebben we een nieuwe afspraak moeten maken dito de extra kosten.Deze kosten hebben we niet aangerekend echter wel, en daar is de verwarring wellicht over, de geïnstalleerde hoofdschakelaar als extra meerprijs.

The technician visited you recently free of charge to fix the monitoring for you.
In Eindhoven, at the time of setting up the monitoring, there was a blackout (power failure) and we had to make a new appointment, ditto the extra costs. We did not charge these costs, but we did, and that is probably where the confusion lies, charge the installed main switch as an additional charge.
