I spent nearly $500 on "925 Sterling Silver" jewellery from EP jewels only to have it turn bright orange/ copper colour within weeks. Chemically, as we all know, silver is white/grey and NEVER turns orange. When I tried to polish it with a silver polishing cloth the silver layer completely vanished proving it's just cheap plated brass.

Not only is the material fake, but stones have already fallen out of two different rings. Customer service refuses to provide a full refund for these defective and falsely advertised items and keeps trying to get rid of me by offering me a silly #100 store credit which is an insult considering the amount of money I spent.

This brand is a daylight robbery. They are selling cheap base metal at luxury prices. Do not trust their "925 silver" and " ep timeless" claims.

AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT OF YOUR MONEY

I’m very disappointed in this company, expensive items and return process! I ordered a double stud earring for $52.80 and can not return the item back, because “item does not meet conditions for return “ I don’t need the item, it’s very small, does not meet my expectations.
Customer Service does not show much care and support !

Such Horrible customer service, I expected more from them. I tried to return a bracelet which looked like i bought it for $4, not worth $120. They won’t answer any emails or dms. I even filled out the return portal and no response. Never again.

I was genuinely excited to order a necklace and a ring, and I’ve been patiently waiting for my delivery. However, ever since I received my DHL tracking number, the parcel hasn’t shown any movement. It’s been two weeks since I placed the order, and despite sending multiple emails to customer support, I haven’t received a single response. I’ve also reached out via Instagram through comments and messages, but again - no reply.

I understand the business may be experiencing rapid growth, and I’m happy to see the brand thriving, but my experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I left a 2 star review, giving the benefit of the doubt, but at this point, it feels like I may never receive my order.

It’s disheartening to be treated this way after supporting a brand I was genuinely excited about + 250€ purchase is not a small purchase to let go of.
