My third Eplo I7-PRO
This my third Eplo I7-PRO and now every toilet in the house is the same great unit. I guess once you use it you don't want to use anything else, but that's not a problem now.
Oh, and simply amazing support. When I had a issue Lee and his helper from Eplo called on a video Whatsapp chat and showed me how to do everything I needed to do from his lab.
Eplo gets my highest recommendation.

EPI Bidet a good investment
Seems to generally be a well built piece of equipment for a fair price. However adjusting water jets and drying air is a puzzle.

I have not installed toilets yet. I was so excited to get these toilets at the best price I have ever seen. I honestly thought it was to good to be true. When they arrived, I was so excited. I have wanted one of these toilets for a long time but they are never in my price range. Then I found them on sale. I have 4 toilets in my townhouse and I bought 4 Eplo toilets around a price that normal non-smart toilets sale for. I am crossing my fingers they all work once I get around to installing all of them. I have installed Eplo toilets for other people and they love them. Its why I have always wanted one. I still cant believe I have them!
Was really looking forward to an EPLO
Toilet took 2 weeks to arrive, and had broken porcelain once it finally arrived. Several back and forths with customer service, and they offered me compensation since I needed to dispose of the broken toilet on my own. Was really looking forward to the EPLO toilet after seeing so many great reviews. Disappointed that I am not going to get one, but we couldn't wait another 2 weeks and had to order another brand.
defected EPLO smart toilet and useless support
I purchased an EPLO smart toilet and after installation we found out that the bidet doesn’t work . After communicating with EPLO who took few days to find out that the bidet is defected , the support agent said that he can send a replacement bidet seat or a new toilet . I have explained my frustration that I will have to pay a plumber to remove the toilet and install a new one or to pay to replace the bidet seat with all connecting pipes and electrical . The support agent asked the manager for a compensation to help with the cost of installation . Unfortunately the manager approved only half of the cost . After I agreed with this option which is not the best option since the smart toilet is still brand new and I don’t have to fix a defected part , EPLO is still sending me emails to see if the site where I bought the toilet is sending any compensation . I am
still waiting to have a fully functioning toilet when I don’t even have to do this . Don’t buy EPLO as their after sale support is useless . I will return this toilet that is already a lot more expensive than other brands who work perfectly . I will buy a different brand and of course pay a plumber again to install it . Never EPLO
An exceptional customer service!
We had an accident and damaged a toilet before we start installing it. We renovate homes for customers. We called Eplo and got fast response and beyond expectation customer service!
I can’t talk about the reliability of the product since the product just been installed, but Eplo customer service has been of the highest quality and va very responsive. I have rarely seen service like that.
I would buy their products without any fear. They stand behind their product.
