I bought the the till system and everything was explained in writing. As they took the payment, they sent a different contract and kept asking for my IDs and bank statements. I asked them to cancel it and refund my money. It’s been 3 weeks and no response. Now I am filing a small claim court and applying for chargeback. Avoid as it’s a fraudulent business

My hearing on phones is poor, eposdirect accomodated this by mainly using WhatsApp, they helped me with my antivirus software incredibly promptly and were really good to work with.

Highly Recommend for new businesses

As of 4 February 2026, I have not received my refund despite repeated promises. This appears to be fraudulent. Read contracts carefully and only pay by card. Still awaiting resolution.
i paid £216 to Epos Direct but cancelled because the terms and conditions were not suitable. I did not sign any contract and received no product or service. I have been chasing my refund since November2025 and have only been met with broken promises of call-backs that never happen. Very frustrating experience. I would advise paying only by credit card for protection.
