Good value but activation is quite painful
The website does make it clear that this is second hand software. I don't have a problem with this. However as a non-native Dutch speaker I did not realise at first that the software can only be activated by phone. In my case that mean't calling the UK activation helpline to activate the software in English.
It would have been more helpful if I had been sent three separate emails in English detailing what I had to do for each of the three products that I bought. This indeed was what I expected.
The software is very good value but I guess for customer service it could be improved.

It takes much to long before you recieve the product link. Why????
When you buy something online and you only have to activate with a link, you should recieve it much earlier. I needed the product immediately I had to wait the whole day. It would have been quicker to go to a shop and buy it. If I would have known this in advance, I would not have bought it. The product it self is fine.
