Unprofessional Service and Poor Writing Quality

From the start, "Frank" at e publish hub guaranteed an excellent service. From the start, the service was unprofessional, confusing, and substandard. First, he sent me the wrong book cover to review. Then, the first chapter he sent me contained content that didn't match my submitted information, and it contained embarrassingly poor writing. Third, he confused the process; when I asked for a re-write of the first chapter, his next email said that they were writing chapter 2 because I had approved chapter 1. Finally, when I asked for a refund, which he guaranteed, he stalled for weeks, saying that he was "on it." Well, it's now been 10 weeks and he has continued to stall and not deliver.
