Have try different program to convert a ebook from Amazon to pdf without succes. then came across this product online and tried it with the 20% convert and it worked like a charm. the only product that could make the conversion to pdf. this is a amazing product.

Looks quite easy to use and gives a lot of different options to export the files. with the 20% option to try what works it gives a good idea. also a lot of options to get a licence for a short or longer periode of time.

The first use is not exactly intuitive, but it is not difficult.
The company could include a step-by-step guide (if it exists, I couldn't find it)
It stands out for its speed and the formats it offers.

Epubor is a great program for those looking for digital book conversion, I found myself hooked at trying their free trial and how easy it was to set everything up, Fully recommended for people who love reading and listening to audiobooks ^^

I have the SAME computer, it just failed to boot when I changed the processor, SO I CAN NO LONGER ENTER, so I CANNOT, unregister the program, it is IMPOSSIBLE, so I was forced to reinstall EVERYTHING. The technical support only answers in one way and does not solve the problem, so you can send a thousand emails and you will always get the same answer. They have no portal for you to manage the registered devices, VERY BAD.

Epubor Ultimate was great--effective and easy to use. Unfortunately, it now hangs as soon as it starts up (I'm guessing a corrupted file), and their online chat is useless. Whatever I ask, it says it can't yet de-DRM Kindle files from June 2024 on. I think their chat line may be a bot.

Its the best tool for people who don't own a kindle thank god, software is easy to use compared to calibre!!!

I purchased a 1 month license to check the program out, but after multiple attempts the software just doesn't do what was advertised. On top of that the site boasts a live chat button that does not exist, and most customer service links are not actually links.

After spending more time on the site there is also no link for refunding, or contacting anything more than technical help.

I use Epubor Ultimate to convert books for backup purposes and to read various formats on my Kobo AURA H2O. It's simple and quick to use. The updates are frequent and stable. I highly recommend this software.

Used the Epubor Ultimate trial program to de-DRM ebooks I purchased from platforms like Kindle....worked extremely quickly and with no intrusive ads in the program!

Program interface is easy to understand and not at all difficult to use.
