Couple of things.

First off, it doesn't work on Mac. Fails to work with Apple Books as well as Kindle. Second, they state they give a 30 day money back guarantee, this is a blatant lie. They will not honor that.

At this point I'm glad I paid via paypal so they don't have my credit card information.

I think is amazing what it can do, so useful, now i can listen the books in any device, amazing.

Works real good. Got what I needed. It was pretty hard trying to search for a solution but I'm glad I found it.

There software are easy to use and very working without any problem also they have very good customer support

I have had this program for almost a year now. I originally decided to pay for it because I used the trial and it worked great; until I ran into a brick wall. All "regular" books will de-drm just fine, unless, god forbid, you used B&N in the past to buy comics. I constantly get an error pop-up any time I try to drag and drop anything that isn't a "regular" book, with information saying that the program can't recognize the DRM. I have contacted the company via email several times, and have accepted help from a customer service team member more than once in an attempt to fix it. I don't know if I am just not clearly communicating what exactly is wrong (with words and screenshots of the error messages), or if whoever I speak to just doesn't understand that everything de-drms just fine EXCEPT my comics. I gave up trying for a while and simply accepted that a large part of my digital comic collection will just be trapped in B&N Nook hell, until a couple of days ago when I decided to try again. No success, same issue. I once again emailed support, explaining that I am having the same issue, but the "solution" according to the company, is it spend MORE money on a DIFFERENT product because the Windows Nook app doesn't exist anymore; which is irrelevant to my situation because my library is already downloaded to the Epubor Ultimate app, and it has been since I bought the program. On top of that, I was told I would have to also download an Android emulator in order to use the new software that I was advised to try (buy). I was offered a 10% discount, but I really don't think I should have to pay again to maybe, possibly de-drm the material I paid for years and years ago.

TLDR: the program works great if your digital library is nothing but traditional books. If you have hopes of de-drming a comic, manga, or probably any literary material at all that is mostly images from the B&N Nook app/store, don't waste your money.

with the new Kindle update my books aren't able to be read on my E-ink device. I stumbled upon Epubor to turn my kindle books to PDF files.

It was extremely easy and seamless to link, download and export to PDF files with literally a few clicks

epubor is a great piece of software that allows me to remove DRM protection from documents so that I can access them whenever I need to. I tried to remove the DRM with Calibre, but it was impossible.

Epubor Ultimate for Mac DOES NOT work as advertised.
"24/7" customer service is non-existent.
