Not a great experience overall

Not a great experience overall. Money transfer took way too long, with several communication breakdowns along the way.

I transferred funds from my bank to Equals and it took 3 days to get the whole process completed!!

However, my broker was great at communicating back to me throughout and it was only the internal processes that delayed the transactions.

I am sorry to say that I will not be using Equals Connect for any future currency transfers.

Kane is always there when I need him…

Kane is always there when I need him and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am always kept informed every step of the way without issue. I really would not consider using anyone else for the foreign currency needs of the business. 5 stars all round!

Great Platform

We added Equals Connect for forex payments after using Equals Money for Spend cards. Great experience for easy sign up and the platform is really easy to use for saving beneficiaries and ordering currency. Better rates than our bank too so what's not to like! Customer service from Daniel and David has been great throughout the process.

STOLE MY MONEY, SCAMMERS

I have been a costumer of equals for quite sometime now and last month on the 9th of december 2023 I received some payments into their online wallet which they provide as i was only using them to pay our suppliers. They put a stop on the account and said they required more information about the payments i sent them invoices issued to my costumers, then later on they asked me to send them tracking number of the goods that we was receiving from China/Hong Kong. I sent them all of that and today it’s the 10th of january and my money is still nowhere to be seen a total sum of 85K GBP, i ring them and i keep speaking to a guy called David Tibber, after a month their compliance team hasn’t finished checking 5 payments, i asked to speak to a manager or director as this is affecting a lot of our business and in that 85K there is a sum of 30K that is our costumers, i asked to speak to a manager and director and David said no you can’t as they won’t speak to you. What kind of company does that they have had my money for a month can’t tell me why, and David also said that there is no timeline on to when this will be resolved, such a bad costumer service.
I just find it amusing how they have a team and the whole team put together can’t check 5 payments within a month absolute joke of a company and the frustating part is they said to me F off if i wanted to speak to a manager.
