Title: Extremely disappointing experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Equalture.
• Their customer support take 30 days just to delete an account, something that should only take a few minutes.
"We will process your request. Please note that it takes 30 days for us to complete the processing of your request."
• The evaluation itself felt useless and unscientific, and not innovative — it didn’t provide any meaningful insights.
• On top of that, they are offering “training” to improve results, which to me comes across as a way to make money on people rather than providing genuine value.
Overall, I cannot recommend Equalture. The product wastes time, the support is unresponsive, slow inflexible, and the entire approach feels questionable.
