10000% SCAM...I have lost money when they offered SLACK shares at discounted rate for which I gave them 10k and never got anything/anyone back. You won’t find their details on Company House and I have already filed my complaint with Action Fraud. I am 100% sure those positive reviews over here are their own guys....Stay Away from them.
I purchased Dynatrace through Equidex Private Placement a couple of weeks ago and decided to sell a couple of days after listing Iv seen a bad review and decided to put my own review as I have been full circle with Equidex it took 3 days for my capital to appear back in my bank account with my profit which was 273.82% interest on that one trade I will be investing again at a later date and have recommended them to friends and family.

Can't say I agree with the previous reviews nor see where they're coming from as I worked with them on an IPO earlier in the year and was able to withdraw funds and my returns with no issues.
I follow the long line of people scammed by this company - do not go near them or their so called liquidators Sapien Asset Management who try to squeeze a bit more out of you.
I bought shares for Slack via a website that was masquerading as a genuine Slack website which in turn directed me to Equidex. having set up an account to pay for the shares I soon realised something was wrong when I tried to sell them a few days later. After many excuses I was finally told they had gone into liquidation but a company called Sapien Asset Management was handling the liquidation and could recover the share value for a small fee. This in the end turned out to be 10% + £3800 upfront - that's when i called it a day. Neither companies are registered with FCA
As per previous review - this company is a scam and have been reported to the Police, Action Fraud and FCA. there is an ongoing investigation and expect it wont be long before they are caught and get what they deserve. They are not regulated nor are they based in the Shard. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, they are the scum of the earth.
