Good Product Poor Communication
Whilst the product itself was good as was the delivery time. We were disappointed to not receive free shipping despite this being promised. We tried the code, which didn’t work, the chat function on the website no one responded to and an enquiry email went unanswered.

I have absolutely no idea where my order is it was shipped according to equine Lane over a week ago and I have had no updates since and the tracking number they have given me doesn’t work. So I am without my order or updates. Absolutely shocking I should of read the reviews more carefully, seems they make a habit of taking your money but not sending your parcels…

Order did not arrive for xmas
Very disappointed that my order, placed for a xmas present didn't arrive and I could get no response to my e-mails. Had to buy an alternative for xmas but eventually received a response in the New Year with a refund and also a replacement item. So some consolation but it could have been prompter.
