I ordered goods to the value of almost £500 from Equiopulence almost seven weeks ago and have never received them. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls. Each time Alexandra (owner) answered the phone she made up some excuse to call me back. She is now completely ignoring all phone calls and messages and has ignored my request for a refund.
This woman has basically stolen £500 of my money as she refuses to fulfill the commitment she has made as a seller. Do not buy from this website!!!!!
