I found this company while looking for a Christmas present for my elderly miniature shetlands. I came across the water buffet so ordered the starter pack as well as a Christmas topper. They really enjoyed it and we have been putting down 2-3 different ones every couple of days ever since. It’s so interesting finding which ones they enjoy. We have since reordered their favourite ones and some new ones to try and will use a lot more over the summer. We recently had their annual blood tests which showed they had high liver enzymes so I went straight on to their website to order a milk thistle supplement which was really reasonably priced compared to some other alternatives I came across. It always comes beautifully packaged and smells amazing so I can see why the ponies love it. Really don’t have a need to look elsewhere as this has all been perfect and we look forward to seeing our ponies try a lot more.

I bought a starter kit last year and my ponies loved some flavors not so keen on others, but this year they seem to want to try everything, as soon as I get the extra buckets out they come to see what flavors I'm doing, it's so nice to be able to give them a choice.

Excellent customer service, always helpful and follow up on comments. All great. Pony seems more comfortable in his skin as have been using for couple of months and no plans to stop.

Having used EquiPacs Pure Paddock herbs last year, using the smaller monthly ones, I decided to order on subscription the larger sack which lasts about three months.

The herbs smell fabulously fresh and I used them last year by steeping in warm water to make up my horses feed. I used all through the summer steeping to make up a bran mash with a small handful of Epsom salts each time the mare became footie due to laminitis. I’m absolutely positive these herbs helped with keeping the inflammation down and she would only be stabled for a few days using this method. I cannot recommend EquiPacs highly enough. The larger bag only arrived yesterday and I gave a small tub to a yard owner I know to try with her off the track TB and her 20 year old warm blood with ringbone, which she bought last year. That’s how confident I am with the quality herbs this company sell. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have just ordered my second EquiSkin + and I am really happy with it. I have two very hair youngsters who are shedding like mad and have been really itchy as you would expect but I can see a real difference with their skin and coat since using this product. It smells great and even my super fussy mare will eat this supplement. Its simple to order, arrived really quickly and I really appreciate the sustainable packaging.

As a first time pony owner, at the grand old age of 56), I want to give my little mini shetty the best I can afford. He didn't have the best life, left on a hill and forgotten about, rescued and rehabilitated by a lovely lady, and then found his forever home with me.
After a comprehensive conversation with Hannah, we decided on Essential Minerals for Benji. A subscription was set up, they duly arrived with a lovely trial of Pure Paddock and, I have to say, they are going down a treat. Buckets are licked clean and the happy slurping sounds coming from Wee Benji are adorable.
I've just had another lovely chat with Hannah and we have managed to align all my subscriptions to save a few pennies on postage. Hannah is absolutely brilliant...nothing is too much trouble and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Equipacs 😀

I ordered the advent calendar for my horse, I’m only on the 4th December and 2 have been mouldy. I’m not hopeful for the rest of the month. Might stick to apples and carrots next year.

Good solid advice, met horse needs and now I have 2 non itchy horse and an oldy that is running around with a new lease of life after only 1 month of their new supplements
