Thank you for the review Benoit. The procurement platform is only the "wrapper" around the school supply service we provide. However, I'm really pleased you brought up the speed of the platform. I've been working on a server upgrade for a little while now and I'm really pleased to say it went live last week. Searches that were previously taking 3 or 4 seconds are now returned in a fraction of a second (ten times faster). The site is so much more pleasant to use. Please try it again and let me know what you think.

Overall Satisfied with Room for Improvement
We've been partnering with EquipMySchool since 2017 at the American School of Antananarivo, and our overall experience has been positive. The introduction of the new ordering system through the Portal is a significant improvement, providing convenience and efficiency.
However, we've encountered a limitation with the current portal – it offers a limited selection of items. This results in our teachers having to seek additional items from other vendors, which, unfortunately, translates to more time spent shopping and manually entering data into separate spreadsheets.
While appreciating the positive aspects of EquipMySchool's services, we would like to suggest an enhancement to the portal by expanding the range of available items. Utilizing the items listed in our orders as a basis for improvement could be a practical approach.
We value our partnership and believe that this enhancement would further elevate the service provided by EquipMySchool.

I was sorry to hear your views regarding the range available on the EquipMySchool Procurement Portal. The portal is backed by a database of over 24 million products relevant to British and American Education, including all British and American books in print. Our automated systems constantly keep up to date the product ranges from well over 200 specialist suppliers to education.
Until your message here, we were very confident that teachers at an International School would be able to find everything and anything they might need for the classroom on our portal.
We will conduct an analysis of the non-portal orders from last year and from this year and compare the vendors your team are using with the vendors we have available. I will share the results with you later today. Any gaps we find will be fixed immediately.
