I purchased De Niro boots, they have arrived and are beautiful. As I purchased from Australia, the staff were so helpful with all my emails about sizing and design - they went above and beyond and kept me up to date on manufacture times. Delivery was super quick with excellent tracking. I can't recommend Equitain highly enough.

My daughter loved her equiline jacket and it was a good price.

Bought a pair of custom made boots and was well informed of the whole process (10 weeks) by Equitan personnel. Will do it again and will recommend this company to my equestrian friends at both sides of the big pond.

Beautiful shop full of unusual goods and classy European brands a cut above the average tack shop. Specialises in everything for the dressage horse and rider.

Really helpful staff, made me feel completely safe and secure about buying an expensive pair of boots, unseen or tried on, over the phone. The boots were exactly as described but I know I could have returned them without a problem had they not been. Also I ordered them on the Thursday before Easter Friday and they arrived on the Saturday, just two days later despite being Easter holiday! Excellent service, I couldn't have asked for better.

For me it's not really about if everything goes well, it's about how a company respond when things don't go quite so well. These guys jumped on my problem and I was left feeling better than if I'd not had one, if that makes any sense! A real 5* outfit - that's the team and the products
