Ok let me just say that we had the BEST…

Ok let me just say that we had the BEST experience with Vince! OMG he was on top of everything for us. The wife was skeptical at first about doing this but that lasted about 5 minutes until talking with Vince. He gives all his clients the service and respect that he gave to us, his future with this brokerage endeavor is a “ can’t miss”!!

Vincent & the team at Equitus

Vincent & the team at Equitus are great. I am honestly skeptical of these online brokerages / funding groups, but they are very consultative throughout the process and funded quickly. Rates were extremely competitive and the team went to bat for me to make sure I had the most suitable HELOC offer for my needs (debt consolidation and reinvesting in my next property). I can vouch for these guys.

I am a homeowner who needed capital…

I am a homeowner who needed capital quickly for back property taxes.

Vincent at the Equitus team was incredibly helpful and informative, helping me understand the various options.

I was able to secure $100k in funding via a HELOC in just one weeks time!

The process was so easy, quick, informative, and user-friendly. Now I'm not only able to pay the back tax but I'm able to update the house as well.

I can't speak any higher of Vincent and his team. They genuinely care and it shows. I highly recommend Equitus!
