Dear UNKO,

Holding trades over the weekend is not allowed on Instant accounts, as clearly stated in our rules.

If any positions remain open at market close, those trades are automatically closed, and violating this policy can result in account suspension.

Our support team also informed you about this during your inquiry. The action taken on the account was based on the weekend holding violation and the account not meeting the required criteria afterward.

You can review the rule here:

My 100k instant account breach with over 2k profits

This fam has many ways to terminate your account and denied payout. As i can see many reviews regarding this here.
Am always trading out side a news, but suddenly yesterday am holding positionsI calculated my risk at only 0.80% on a $100k account and placed a defined Stop Loss at 4684.07.
However, both XAUUSD positions were executed at 4678.38 instead of my SL price, causing losses far beyond the intended risk and resulting in a 1% rule violation.
This appears to be severe slippage/spread expansion during volatility, not intentional over-risking.
Risk was planned and controlled before execution. I’m requesting a review of how the stop was filled versus how the rule was enforced. And why i outside news i will get such huge slippage? Of over 12 hundred pips?

Am following 1% risk always and am trading this account for over 15 days with caution. Why will you breach my account it's not fair breach. Review my account ASAP and reinstate it.

Edited

I previously left a negative review regarding my experience, but I am now updating it. The company reached out, reviewed my complaint, and resolved the issue satisfactorily. Although there was an initial misunderstanding, the support team eventually handled it professionally and provided a fair resolution.

Dear Ismail yahaya,

We would like to clarify the points raised.

Regarding slippage:
Slippage occurs when the actual execution price of a trade differs from the expected price. This typically happens during rapid market price movements, where liquidity shifts quickly and stop-loss orders may be filled at the next available price. This is a normal market condition and not controlled by the prop firm. You can read more about how slippage works here:
https://equityedge.io/general/slippage

The account you were trading was an Instant account, which operates under a strict 1% max risk rule. If the floating loss on open positions, including commissions and swaps, exceeds 1% of the initial account balance, the account is considered breached.

Once such a violation is identified, the account is actioned in line with the rules agreed to at the time of purchase.

For full details, please review the FAQ below:
