Our catalog is small on purpose. Every style is selected by our team from vetted suppliers and checked against its listing before it ships, so what arrives is what you saw on the page. We write our own product descriptions from the actual specifications — material, sizing, care — because we would rather you order the right thing once than have to send it back. We deliver to addresses in the United States only. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days at our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong and delivered by FedEx in 4–8 business days, with all import duties and customs charges paid by ERAFAV. Shipping is a flat $20 per order and a 10% sales tax is shown at checkout, so the total you see before paying is the total you pay — we never bill anything afterwards. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items, and we cover return shipping whenever the fault is ours. You can pay with PayPal or any major credit or debit card.
