A Million Red Flags - Stay Away

I contacted this this company to help with my Etsy Shop and spent £35 ($50) to get one listing to page 1. They achieved this my simply driving traffic from multiple Etsy accounts to the listings via VPNs, liking the item and adding it to multiple baskets 🤷‍♀️. After this "success" I was set up with a call with Ion one of the founders and here it went completely sideways...

In the call he made it sound like they only choose certain shops (so basically you have to be privileged to be chosen), they themselves have multiple (!) high performing Etsy shops (that's a lie and he provides zero evidence of this), and that you can now buy the software for £3000 (quite a jump from paying £35) and immediately offers multiple options to pay and "we have everything set up for you", "there are only a few spots left this month - buy now!"... why would I buy this software without ever having seen it working, without any proof of concept and zero ability to trial it first?!

Upon further investigation, this company has zero validated reviews and zero company information.

Their reviews on Fiverr are merely for the "taster" of £35 and nothing of the actual software, or anyone ever using is..the reviews are merely for HIS work pushing your item to page 1, not from any customer. Considering this has been going on for 3 years, very strange you have ZERO reviews of the actual software and anyone actually using it.
"We don't want reviews on Trustpilot or Google because ww don't want to raise our profile. We only want to be niche" - says no tech company EVER!
In the call with him he only pointed out all the great reviews and one bad one which wasn't really bad. He forgot to point out the ones where he was called a scammer - multiple times. Strange how you forgot to mention this.
On his Facebook account he has a few great reviews - all written by his buddies in Moldova and none of them run Etsy shops. Those are all fake reviews. The only real reviews are those where he's being called out as a scammer.

Their company information is hidden "because we have a LLC and my business partner's private address is mention there and once someone came knocking on his door in the middle of the night" - lie as well. Eventually he agreed to share the registration details of another company that is not affiliated with Eranker, has only been registered for a year (while Eranker has been going for 3, and does not mention his business partner's name or his personal address, amongst other discrepancies - so again caught him in a lie)

He's based in Miami - lie. He's sitting in Moldova with his hacker friends setting up this scam. Setting up a business in Miami is very easily done and you can do it from anywhere.

He dodges every legit question I've ever asked him and has a lie prepared for all of them. When I presented him with a few more findings, he just gave up "I don't think you're a good fit at this point and now all the slots are taken" - sure they are 😆
