Very disappointing experience

I ordered a motor for my drone from this store, and after two days they contacted me saying the item I paid for is no longer for sale — even though it was listed as available on their website. To make matters worse, they mentioned they had stopped selling it over a year ago. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

When I asked for a refund, it took them 7 days to process it. Wasted my time, delayed my project, and overall a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone — check carefully before placing an order.

Investigates reports but apparently doesn't serve fines if they identify infringements, only warnings.
