We have 2 businesses, and they only filed it for 1 business. By the time they realized their mistake, it was past the deadline.

Great customer service up front, but if they forget something or mess it up, you're the one that pays. They wont even acknowledge the mistake, but they will hound you for their money instead. Every business has to make money, but they also need to own up to dropping the ball big time. I lost out on tens of thousands of dollars. sweet!

These guys were great. Made the process simple, were straightforward about the fees, and gave me a real number of what I would be getting back. Highly recommend them!
