Great communication starting with the estimate, to project managers to the installers. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Our installer, was great. Him and his helper were phenomenal and did great work. Clean work area, filled in the gaps under the gate and around. My fence looks amazing! Now my boy, our dog, has the freedom to run and he loves it. I can see lots of time spent in the backyard. We had a 6x6 privacy fence installed, about 175 linear feet with 1 gate. Thank you to the whole team!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I am a repeat customer and had to replace portions of my vinyl fence after a fire. Radica was quick and efficient. The process to get a quote was quick and seamless. My pre-install appointment was timely and the install took place despite a sudden downpour. Radica and the install team are amazing. Highly recommend Ergeon!!

Excellent estimate experience yesterday with Darcy. Courteous, clear, went through questions and options carefully, patiently. Couldn't be nicer. Ended up agreeing to the sale without hesitation, partly because the price was reasonable compared to a competitor's, but also because of dealing pleasantly with Darcy.

I’ve never worked with a company like ERGEON but it went smoothly. The contractor; which I understand is subbed out for the area in which you reside, did a wonderful timely job on our fence. They were very particular about getting it just right. I would say it was slightly more expensive than perhaps a local contractor would’ve been, but they seamlessly took care of everything so in that regards it went really well.

My installers showed up on time and had my new fence installed within 2 days. The 3 of them did most of the job on the 1st day with the second day just being the installation of our large gate and touch ups to the fence. So far so good. It’s sturdy, all the locks and gate hinges work as expected, and best of all I now have the complete privacy that I desired in my yard.

I summited a deposit of $150 to this company for a fence project. After reading some reviews online I decided not to continue with the project. This was on July 20,2026. It's now Aug 16th and the company has yet to issue me my deposit back. I have sent emails and spoke to a live agent and nothing. I feel that the company is a scam. I have contacted the BBB. Please do all your DD BEFORE MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS COMPANY.

I had great experience with Ergeon for my fence installation. Nicoly was my project manager and did a fantistic job with the communication and service.

Amazing work!

Initial phase of the project was straight forward. Had a video call with Pedro and he answered all my questions. I got a fair price. When the fence is s installed i will post a review with photos. So far things are going well.
