Unable to reach company
Unable to reach company. Tried email and phone. Also, on their website it says there are discounts, but when I go to the products, it shows original pricing. I have corporate discount code, which do not work on their website if I switch to NL. I am not satisfied with them and would not recommend as there is no customer service available.

Good, but the veldro strap scares the baby!
I had an organic Ergobaby which was good, but 2nd or 3rd hand and falling apart a little bit. So instead we bought a 360 Ergo. While it's more comfortable to wear that the older generation Ergobaby, there are a few things I don't love:
1) When baby is in the outward facing position, I'm never quite sure that her posture is exactly right. It's not quite as effortless to put her into this position, and her little chin rubs against the neck support cushion, leaving a red abrasion sometimes.
2) As I said, removing the Velcro strap makes such a large noise that I try to leave the room when taking the Ergobaby off so as not to upset my child! I also find that the fit on my waist isn't as snug as it was with the clip strap that you then pull to tighten. And even if I feel it's a bit loose on the waist, most of the time I leave it because I don't want to open and close the Velcro as it's so loud. Not ideal.
3) Finally, I'm finding the shoulder clip very hard to clip myself. This wasn't so much as issue with the last Ergobaby. This might be a question of time and developing technique, but currently I'm struggling to clip the shoulder strap behind my back when baby is in it. Most often some stranger sees me struggling and offers to help.
So -- while it's still a comfortable carry, I would suggest trying out a few different types of Ergos and seeing what's best. We got the 360 because we wanted to forward-facing option. But if that's not important to you, maybe a simpler design is better.
