I bought the Metro+ Deluxe and wanted the carry bag too, but it was out of stock. When it came back two days later, I ordered it separately — and lost the free shipping I would’ve had if Ergobaby managed their inventory properly.
I contacted customer service thinking they'd understand. Instead, I got lazy, copy-paste replies that clearly no one even read. No effort, no flexibility, no basic care. I escalated the issue and the supervisor responded just as poorly — like they were reading from the same script.
It’s honestly the worst customer service I’ve experienced from any baby brand. Cold, careless, and completely uninterested in helping. The product is good, but I’ll never buy from Ergobaby again — they’ve shown they don’t give a damn about their customers.
