I recently bought a Hinomi X2 chair through Ergonest and, despite a few communication hiccups, I’m really pleased with the experience overall.
• The chair itself is exceptional quality — easily a 10/10 for comfort and build.
• The price was more reasonable than other suppliers, and the option to pay with Klarna added peace of mind.
• Delivery was a bit unusual: I actually received the chair before the dispatch email came through, and updates were slightly inconsistent.
• It seems to be a small, one-person business and possibly an aggregator of other brands, which explains the communication style.
In the end, my order arrived safely, exactly as described, and I couldn’t be happier with the product. Would happily order again now that I know they’re legit.
