Cancelled my order!
I bought the HAG chair. It was in stock and delivery time was supposed to be 3 days. I called the following week to check when are they going to send the chair. Apparently, they didn’t have it and production time would be 3 weeks. I asked to refund my order.
Then, I was told they do have a chair and asked if they could send it right away.
I asked for a photo and when they sent the photo it was very clear it was a showroom model with scratches…
No way I will ever consider buying from them. Luckily there are many online shops.

The chair configuration you ordered was unfortunately not immediately available from stock, despite the product itself being listed as available. As soon as we discovered this, we informed you of the expected production lead time.
In an effort to offer a faster solution, we proposed supplying a showroom model that could be adjusted to match your requested configuration. Because transparency is important to us, we also sent photos showing some visible cosmetic scratches on the backrest. We felt it was important that you could make an informed decision before shipment.
When it became clear that this solution was not suitable for you, we immediately processed a full refund on the same day your cancellation request was received.
We regret that we could not find a solution that met your requirements and wish you the best in finding the right chair.
