Items took approximately 2+ weeks to receive (CN to AU). Customer service is responsive to help expedite shipping with logistics/china warehouse. My beloved rates the prayer dress quality 8/10, measurement is accurate and fit true to size. Overall, we are pleased to be able to receive the prayer dresses within month of Ramadan amd before Eid ul-Fitr.

The product I received was excellent quality with good shipping times too. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and very responsive when I needed to ask questions about my order and are some of the best staff members I've come accorss when ordering via Instagram! Highly recommended

Love this item. Bought it for my elderly mother and she's addicted to it. Beautifully designed and well-made product.

I bought this prayer mat for a relative with chronic knee pain. They went from having to constantly pray seated to being able to kneel with no discomfort whatsoever! The mat is really soft and padded, with great support for the knees, wrists and feet, and it's of incredible quality. It is also a really nice touch that the cover is minimalistic, and can be taken off for washing quite easily. They were delighted with it and after a few days of use, they can tell it makes a great difference in their quality of life.

I ordered prayer mats for my family members with knee pain and they are so happy with it. It is amazing and comfortable. The customer service of the company is truly amazing and I had a great expereince. 100% recommended. Thank you very much

This is a great idea but still needs some tweaking. The padding for knees is a bit thick and once you land on it, it is hard to get up.

Do not recommend this product I pitched for my mother birthday gift as she has knee pain.
The positioning of the microfibre pillow is positioned only one side. Making the back side stick up causing back strain . Will not be using this

I'm a patient of arthritis & have knee pain all the time.It wasn't possible for me to pray on the mat,I had to sit in a chair to say my prayer,Ergosalah has made it alot easier & comfortable to say my prayer.May Allah bless the team🤲

It’s truly an amazing prayer mat — worth every penny! It’s incredibly comfortable. I ordered it just two days ago for my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved it 🥰.

Since it comes vacuum-packed, give it about a day to fully expand and return to the shape shown on the website.
The team is also wonderful — very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
