Store delivered, but the desk is damaged
Store delivers, but the desk I got is effectively damaged.
I got an adjustable height desk. The table top came with 22 pre-drilled pilot holes (not mentioned on the website). Best case scenario there are 8 useless holes and 4 unusable (misaligned). I wanted to adjust bracket width so to me all 22 were useless.
I emailed them about it and they said "it is standard practice and therefore not disclosed" and "it is advertised for self-assembly".
Sounds like they are suggesting I should know the standard practice or maybe read between the lines. I wonder what their legal team thinks about that.
The table top also has 4 for control panel (that requires 2), and none of them align with the control panel.
They commented that it is "an issue we are aware of and it is in the process of getting fixed".
Amazing! Will my desk get an update to fill the bad holes or something?

WIGGLY FEET
The desk feet have some wiggle to them, so you have to manually align them before tightening (manageable problem). Had 2 similar desks before, they didn't have that issue.

PERSONAL ISSUE
In case you're wondering why all holes were useless to me, I wanted to set the bracket narrower to leave ~5cm on both sides.
This allows clamping stuff like monitor/microphone arms on the sides, allowing to use space more efficiently.

CONTROL PANEL HOLES
Desk control panel can be attached on the left or right side of the desk, but the table top comes with holes on the right. I prefer the left due to how my room is setup, so I'll have to live with 4 useless holes on the side I'm closer to.
I mentioned this too in my email, but they didn't comment.
As I mentioned previously, there are 4 holes for this (2 too many) and they don't align.
It's almost like I got a table top from an older model that used a different control panel.
