I use Ergostone every day and it has become part of my routine. The weight feels comforting and grounding, and I love that I can heat it or cool it depending on what my body needs. It brings a sense of calm and reassurance, and helps with muscle tension, lower back aches, and menstrual discomfort. The flexibility makes it easy to place and actually use, not just something that sits in the drawer.
What really stood out to me was the care behind the product. After speaking with the founder, it’s clear Ergostone was created with genuine intention for people, for healing, and for nature. You can really feel the love and thought that went into it. It’s a well-made product that feels mindful and lasting.

Where to begin. First and foremost, the quality of the product; just holding it feels luxurious. Its design, material, sturdiness without being bulky- and it feels great against the skin. Also how easy the product is to use; pop it in the microwave before bed, or boil it and tuck it in your sleeping bag whilst camping. But my favorite thing about the ergostone is how it feels like a warm arm that gives you that extra little comforting weight on your chest when your thoughts wants your body to seemingly fly away at night. Or using the smaller one on my stomach during period pain. I obviously highly recommend this product. So so happy with it!

A product I would recommend to everyone! Very versatile. I've used it both warm and cold, where it's super easy to heat it up in the microwave or put it in the freezer. I'm a troubled sleeper and putting it on my chest each night has helped me relax and get rid of anxiety. It's a must-have!

when I warm it in the micro the protective rubber around blows up and then it's hard to use sadly

We are so pleased with our Ergostone! It’s versatile and works wonders when my child has stomach ache. It works for soreness after training, as a cooler during warm summer nights and as a warming pad for cold feet. It’s a great product!

So cool it’s a local brand. I like they are taking care and recycle stone from the area of Handöl.

Ergostone is a great health and wellness product, it keeps warm or cool when you need to treat sore muscles, a bonus is that its materials feel amazing in your hands. I sometimes keep it in my lap and rest my wrists on it while relaxing. Great design!

I’m really pleased with my ergostone! I mostly use it after a long day snowboarding and my back and knees are feeling sore. And my girlfriend heating it up for her menstrual pain and sore neck.
