How do I get a refund I cant believe that I am scammed by this company. I think I saw the item on Tiktok or facebook for a luggage that cost $36. Tsk, tsk.

Your shop is a scam and a thief. In December 2021, I purchased an item that I paid for through PlyPal. For 5 months neither goods nor money.

I have been waiting on my bumper car for my son I bought last december 17 2021, supposed to be his first bday present Last March but never came. I just assumed Chinese items always kinda came late anyways but I just finally checked whether they shipped it but nothing. I finally saw this thread and im like WT F. I will try if paypal will refund me. because the seller email they provided was not even legit. Never again. and these sellers needs to be banned from selling on facebook. FREAKING SCAMMERS!

Even one star you don’t need, is a big SCAM, I order from december last year and same story fake traking number 2 time.

I ordered presents for my family Dec 2021 - Now April 2022 and nothing has arrived. Emailed several times and they have given me false delivery notices. Have just emailed them again AND the email has bounced. Far from happy. My advice to anyone is do not order from them

In December 21st 2021 I ordered a Bumper Car (electric) for which PayPal transfered the money into their account,but after 3 months I have not received my purchase . Was this just a scam???

Scam - thank goodness for PayPal and it’s protection- they are refunding me. Absolutely dreadful

Very very bad, they are falsifying the data so that some package that is supposed to be sent to me is not done by the sexes.

They shutdown their website and never refunded anything. I'm never buying from direct Chinese companies anymore, if it's too good to be true, then that's what it is.

I had the same experience as many others. This is a big scam. Ordered 2 cheeseboards in December, never received them, 2 months later asked where they are. Same story, logistics is down, we'll send you tracking # in 3 days. Nothing, and now website is gone!

Did not receive my item WAITED FOR A MONTH AND A HALF, went to PayPal and Thay gave me a refund straight away, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER,

I ordered 2 cheeseboard beg of December for Xmas gifts..didn't arrive. Sent email in January said send them again ..Still not received.. now email don't exist..

SCAM...Order in November. Charged twice and never received product. Website no longer exist and will not respond to email.

Ordered make up vanity in Dec. Still has not arrived. Wrote in January and was told the logistics was down and I would get a logistics number to track in 3 days. Never came. Attempted again today, and no website now. Big scam!

Ordered a pan set back in December, hadn't received it by February. Sent an e-mail and was told it had been dispatched but they had no was of checking.
Sent another e-mail today requesting a full refund but came back as MAILER - DEMON.
Big, big scam, do not touch...................

Ordered on the 1st December and still hasn’t arrived after well over 3mnths. Really sad 5y child that didn’t receive her Christmas present. Sent email after emails, kept say it’s on its way, be patient. When I threatened that it was a scam, they cut all contact off! So disappointed

Ordered a mobility scooter in Dec 2021, still haven't received. Their contact stated in Jan that item had been sent but was having problems with logistics. NOW it's as if they never existed. Should have known that price was too good to be true. Damn shame because I am no longer able to walk in retail spaces and they usually have more broken scooters than working one. Looks like I'm just another scam victim. (Plus I passed that info to other people in my circle who need one.)
