I love your products and have been using them since I was 21, I am 73 now. At that time I lived in Los Angeles and was having trouble with oily skin. I loved the beach and was in the sun tanning and also getting sunburned on a regular basis. I read a article in a magazine maybe "Glamour" that "Cher" had skin problems and recommended Lazlo. I tried it and have been a devote ever since.

Hands down my fav skin care company. Have been using it for years, sometimes venture away but always come back. Fast delivery as well

I've been using Lazlo for 50 years. It's the best!
My skin is healthy and looks great.
My one complaint about Lazlo is that over the last few
years they have discontinued some items and they keep changing the names of products, which can be confusing. I really love these products and they are truly effective at delivering excellent skin care.

Product arrived very timely. I also love the smell and feel of the product.

Ive always had a difficult time trying to find cleansing products that leave residue on my complexion. Lazlo Products cleaned my face and the benefits from the ingredients absorbed in the layers of my complexion without creating acne. Once I started using Lazlo, I decided I would never use other products again. It has paid off because others cannot guess my age.

As a mature woman I have used your products for years and I have been extremely satisfied…
However recently I noticed you are removing so many products and replacing them, after a while you remove theses products and replace with more new and improved” products”. I am extremely unhappy with this. Also I see you have added a charge incase product's are lost or damages…please just call it what it is a shipping charge. It’s really sad that you cannot ship your products for free, as I often spend
$500 on your products and then have to pay for shipping….
It is unfair. I am very unhappy with where this company is going and the changes. I am definitely trying new products elsewhere.

I've been a dedicated Laszlo customer for many years. I'm 81 and most people guess me to be 10-15 years younger based on my appearance. I attribute that to my long-time, dedicated use of Laszlo products. The Laszlo line is great for my skin and I always get exceptional service through the on-line ordering/shipping process.

I had used Laszlo products many years ago . For some reason I began to “ try” other products that were not as expensive . After years of buying other products with less than great results and a lot of money, I received an email advertising Laszlo products . Rest is history , I ordered the products I had used years before and to my delight my skin looked and felt wonderful , still expensive but the results were priceless . I’m staying with what works for me !

It feels like I'm rubbing thick oil on my face. What happened to the previous face wash I had been using? This stuff is pretty awful!!

I was surprised how quickly I received my product. Of all the undereye "depuffers" I've used, EL is the best. I also love the small size container (that is light weight & purse positive), the pump, and the way it only dispenses the small amount I need for upper and lower eye areas. No waste and so effective!

The light colored facial soap has nearly made my large brown spot disappear! It took approximately 3 months to accomplish this & this isn’t even why I purchased the soap to begin with! What a pleasant surprise.

No one answers the phone or returns calls. I’ve been waiting 2 days for a callback, called again today, and no human talks or calls back. Several months ago, I did speak to a person who told me Erno Laszlo no longer carries phelityl lotion for dry skin which is hard to believe. She did nothing to help me find something for dry skin.
