Fleshy Pro Does Not Work Effectively
The Fleshy Pro Masterbation Toy for Men is a bad investment. If your penis is larger than 4" long and 2 fingers in width, it will not fit because it is made way too small and I feel the electronics are made poorly and the entire unit does not work effectively. Returns are not accepted once the seal has been opened on the outer packaging and purchasing a XL sleeve for an additional $25 does not fix the problem... Total Rip Off!!!

Paris provided excellent customer service. I made the company aware of the problem I was having and they made it right . Most companies don’t provide customer service but this company does , and did so quickly . They stand behind their products and if a product fails they do the best any company can to make it right .

Great Customer Service
Great customer service, I accidentally put in the wrong address for the order and they responded quickly and were polite and handled it quickly with no fuss. I was being helped by Leah H, and she was kind and understanding in helping me with the problem. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I received a defective product and…
I received a defective product and contacted customer service. I explained the problem to Paris, who then asked me to send a video showing the malfunction. I sent the video earlier today, and she has already arranged to send me a replacement product, at no expense to me.

I had a power issue where it would just shut off and not turn on unless it was plugged in. Then, it would just shut off again and not hold charge. After paying 200$ (then seeing it advertised for 150$ shortly after.. which was kind if irritating) I didn't even get to finish using it once.
I had to record a 3 minute video of it malfunctioning and send a link to customer service. I thought they were going to make this a hassle and not replace it or send a replacement battery or something.
That wasn't the case. They're sending a replacement unit. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that. I'm 37 and after being in committed relationships since I was 15, I haven't been happier being single the last few years.
