Everything great but annoying tracking emails
Product, price, packaging and delivery time were all great and I can fully recommend the shop! But I hope they change something about the tracking, getting useless tracking information multiple times per day was very annoying.

After months i never got my products
After months of empty promises i never got my item. I ordered something early January and apparently they had an error on their online store with the inventory which made it seem like my item was available but they didn’t actually have it. They took ages to let me know this in the first place, and then every week or so I would have to initiate reaching out to them to see where the product is, but they never provided any real shipping information. Once when I asked to know specifically the status of their shipment, and they sent me an empty shipping tracking profile for a label they created months back and never used since they never had the product. They never made any effort to initiate apologies or make things right. Eventually,after months of lies, they offered me a lesser model that was completely inferior to what I wanted and defeated the point of the purchase - and hardly an effort to make their problems right. Now the price has risen for my product and I will have to pay 50EUR more since it took them so long to deal with this, had they been open from the start I could have gotten a refund and made the purchase on a site that has more accurate inventory management. That is why this review is particularly scathing, as I am out a pretty good chunk of money more thanks to their incompetency. One of the worst online store experiences Ive had in a long time, buyers beware
