They say they are a small business and market their nails as carefully handmade, but ship from China. I tried to return my order after learning it was shipped from China, not the US, but they don’t accept returns even if you haven’t opened the package at all. Shops selling to EU customers however must comply to EU laws that state you have the right to return an order without giving a reason.

I ordered the Spiced Bloom Nail, and the nails didn’t look handmade and seemed more like something from Shein, especially the fourth nail. This was really disappointing, considering I spent $71 on them and the quality was terrible. I’ve shopped at Ersa Nails before and was really happy with my last purchase, so I’m extremely disappointed this time. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I felt I had to because of how let down I was by this order :(

They are totally fine nails and good quality.
For the price and shipping, I can still order OPI or Glamnetic nails for less. $30 for two sets vs. $78 is better for my budget.
However they are good for a 3D nail option.
After emailing them at 11 PM because I was a little puzzled about the sizing, I woke up to a free half-size refill and a step-by-step video. The ProTouch files and new nail tips fit flawlessly. My nails are still in tact after a weekend of swimming and rock climbing.

I was so excited for these nails but one of my two sets arrived damaged and the other set did not stay on longer than a day despite careful nail prep. Customer service ignored me repeatedly so I filed a dispute with my CC company. Customer service then promised me a refund for the damaged items if I cancelled the chargeback, I felt bad thinking this a small business so I canceled it and then they never refunded me. Pretty awful experience, and poor quality. Such a shame because the designs are so pretty :(

My first time ordering from them was horrible and I will never purchase from them again because of their customer service. I placed an order with them paying extra for expedited shipping in order to get the nails in time for my upcoming vacation. I then received an email that due to their own supply issues it would be further delayed another week before they could ship the nails to which I requested a cancellation. The order was miraculously shipped the next day and I was told they could not process a refund due to their policy. I have gone back and forth with them through email to which they promised me a refund and then went back on their word and claimed it was an intern who wasn't aware of their policy. All in all, order from NailPhoria instead if you're looking for a good company with excellent quality press on nails.

Although when I inquired on the 3rd of September regarding customisation they never responded, and when I inquired today about a missing package that should have been delivered on the 19th they were less than helpful. Actually scratch that they were of so little help I could have farted into the wind and gotten more use from the response

It’s honestly refreshing to see people are also having an issue with their order regarding shipping. I had two orders from them. The first time, my order took forever to actually ship but thankfully I got them with that 5-7 day shipping period. However my current order? They haven’t even sent the items out and they’re asking me to wait patiently because of “limited staffing and an upsoar of orders”. Understandable HOWEVER I ordered these on the 12 of September. It’s now the 23rd and still no shipping information. I decided that if I have no information by the 26th, I’ll just have to dispute the charge. Close to $100 spent on nails that I fear aren’t coming.
Update: order? Still delayed. But they gave me a discount code for $10 off next purchase so….there’s that.
Update #2: finally got the shipping information! Yippie! However, seeing as it’s coming all the way from China? Yeah not sure how they thought 5-8 days + 2-5 days of making each set of nails would be enough time. If you order from here, please note that your order can take anywhere from 5 days to a month to get to you. Despite this very annoying experience, I’m really excited for my order to come in. Though now I know for next time to order my nails at least a month in advance 🧍🏾♀️ if I could give 2.5 stars I would
Update #3: im actually truly baffled by how horrible their customer service team is. Like another review on here, they emailed me asking that I cancel the chargeback now they shipped my package. Ersanails, why would I cancel a chargeback that was made days before you shipped my package? A package I have yet to receive? I wanted to support this small business. I wanted to believe that all this was just a one time thing. But upon seeing other reviews and how my own situation only gets worse? Fire the entire CX Team and try again.

I truly regret spending over $250 with Ersa Nails. My order, which was supposed to process in 2–5 days, took FIVE weeks. My address was rejected twice even though it was correct, I had to fight just to get the package, and I never received a single reply to my multiple emails asking for updates. When the package finally arrived, their courier SpeedX literally threw it out the car window in motion onto my front lawn. (Yep!) Between the lack of communication, unreliable shipping, and zero customer care, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I always try to support small businesses, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable.

I have been looking to try different nail designs and shapes but had been holding back because of the expense it is at a nail salon. I discovered Ersa Nails from the fashion magazine "Byrdie" and thought I would give them a try. The quality was amazing however, I do wish I was able to customize the nail length or at least have Ersa distinguish the nail length in the product description, as it is hard to tell in the photos, and one of the nail sets I ordered were a bit too long for my preference (I like short almond nails and they were on the medium length). With that being said, the quality and durability of the nail sets were high and still beautiful! I also like how they are reusable and are easy to remove without damaging my natural nails.

I’ve gotten quite a few sets and love the designs they have. One month ago, however, I ordered a set pf nails and a protouch kit premier. They still haven’t arrived and I’ve contacted them through their website and emailed them. I still haven’t gotten a response on my message through their website and I got an email back asking me to be patient. This was really frustrating, and I’m wondering if it’s something to do with the protouch kit? Basically, they’re generally good but really slow and inconsistent with their shipping.

I bought the ProTouch Kit with the gel glue and the UV lamp and the nails don’t even last a few days when the product advertises it as lasting for weeks. Definitely don’t recommend, big scam

I ordered them weeks ago, they told me after two weeks they didn’t have all the nails. I bought them for a holiday with loads of notice. I have since been on a two week holiday and been back for 6 days - I still don’t have them!
I asked 3 times for a refund!!!! Then I asked them is this a scam?!
Today apparently they have shipped - I have asked for a refund with no reply from Sky.

I want to start off by saying I really had high hopes for this company from the get-go. I was excited to support a small, women-run business and felt confident in doing so.
To set the scene, my best friend of 15+ years and I are from Australia, so we fully expected a bit of a wait for shipping. We were totally okay with that. We thought we’d done a ton of research beforehand and felt this was a safe investment. In hindsight, for a company we didn’t know personally, we probably went a bit overboard... but when you're spending over $750 AUD on press-ons, you’d expect a certain level of care and customer service.
We placed our order in mid-June, and about a week later, we got a notification that there would be a delay due to manufacturing and material issues. Totally understandable. I even added glue tabs to my order via email around that time, and that was sorted pretty quickly. Given the circumstances, I was expecting maybe a week or two delay, especially since their estimated shipping time was 10 days.
The last time they reached out to us on their own was shortly after the order was placed, just to flag that one of the nail sets might be the wrong size due to the shape we chose. We were genuinely appreciative and asked for the size to be corrected across all sets in that style.
But from that point on, I had to continually follow up for updates. I emailed every 4,10 days, and nearly every time, I had to follow up up to 4 times before getting a response. Eventually, I resorted to messaging via social media and submitting website enquiries just to get some sort of reply. I wasn’t being rude or pushy, just asking for basic status updates. Still, this went on for months, and it became incredibly frustrating to stay patient and understanding.
About 6 weeks after ordering, I asked them to please ship the nails ASAP. They responded saying they were working on the last few sets and would ship by the end of the week. They didn’t. Two weeks later, they finally shipped. We were excited, but worried. After a week, the tracking still said “processing.” I reached out again and was told they couldn't locate the package, apparently an issue with the courier.
At this point, we were 2.5 months in and completely disheartened. I asked for more details, and suddenly the story changed, they admitted the nails hadn’t even been shipped yet. I was shocked, we were flat-out lied to. I asked for compensation for the delay and the lack of communication, and they offered us a $50 gift card... that’s 6.67% of our order total.
Oh boy, do I feel like a valued customer...
They asked what compensation we’d consider fair, so I replied with an alternative suggestion, or a full refund if they couldn’t meet us there. No response. I emailed again. And again. Five emails later, still nothing. I followed up on social media, and they suddenly replied saying the package had been delivered and to check with our neighbours. I eventually found it, and for context, it was delivered after I asked for a refund.
Now for the worst part.
After all of this, the quality is shockingly bad. The nails are thin and flimsy, and in many cases, there’s no top coat. If you’re thinking of buying any designs with a “water drip” or glossy effect, don’t. The design peeled and lifted on the first wear. And the sizes? The ones we specifically asked them to adjust? They didn’t. All the nails came in the same size, so half of our order doesn’t even fit.
Please, save your money. This company does not value their customers, and while their designs are stunning, their product quality and customer service are completely lacking. Their advertising hinges on durability, but they don’t deliver, not in product, not in professionalism.
Also, a quick note: all their responses are clearly AI-generated. I understand using AI to streamline customer support, but every response we got lacked actual solutions. They acknowledged issues without ever resolving them.
This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through it.
UPDATE (05/09): after recieving Ersas reply, I did check my spam folder, however, nothing has been sent there. I do find it difficult to understand how there could suddenly be a spam filter on our ongoing email chain that we have been using for months. Hoping for this all to be resolved soon. I have sent them a 6th email with an alternate email cc'd. I will keep yall updated. :)

I received my order on 8/13/25, packaging was great and the nails were very beautiful. My issue was not with the delivery, it was with the nails and lack of response from customer service. I bought 3 sets of nails.
The same week I received my package I put on the Burning Passion set. By the end of the week, one of the butterfly charms had fallen off. I decided to get in touch with customer service to see if that was normal as it had only been 5 days of wear. I do a good amount of typing at my job so I'm aware that that could have caused the charm to fall off. I haven't heard from customer services since I reached out.
I'm currently wearing the Boho Turquoise set and have lost another charm...

If anyone going to order this, please beware. I have ordered the nails set for my wedding early next month, and I have spared time for the day they mentioned in their website which is 2-5 days for making the order plus I paid for extra 29€ for express shipping 2-5 days shipping to make sure it will arrive on time. But what happened is when you order, the customer service will email you to ask for the details of the order but after you sent all the details, I sent multiple emails and messages in their IG as well, then they will never replied to you! I need to constantly wake up at night 2-3 am (I live in Europe) to check their messages, since I observed that their working hours seems to be the time in Asia timezone, I suspect they might be from China. And because I assume the nails won’t be able to arrive before my wedding since they never replied, so I asked to cancel my order and they never replied to me until now!! This is such frustrating and disappointing. Anyone who is looking to buy from them please beware of this.

The nails are very beautiful and I was excited to receive them, however it has been well over a month since I ordered and still haven’t received them.
I understand they were probably swamped due to the sale that happened(I ordered around early/mid june), however two seperate times they promised they would have the nails sent out and they were never sent out for both dates they gave.
You have to chase them for any communication regarding your order, they don’t update you if the item you want is out of stock.
I want the best for small businesses but it is incredibly frustrating when you have to hassle them in order to have any details about items you have paid money for. Unsure if i would order from this company again as the experience has been quite disheartening :c
Edit: some of the communication from the company looks like it’s been run through AI.
Edit after their reply: their reply to my review is really just a generic response (possibly AI) that doesn’t really address any of the issues I outline in my review, their response is very disappointing and they haven’t reached out.
