Deplorable customer service

The courses are okay, I would rather hear more about admitting first aid, than about teenage girls giving themselves alcohol enemas.

It is the customer service that left me in shock and awe.

See, the certificates they give out are made out of cheap, easily damaged paper, so it wears out easily and I asked for a new one. It costs 20 euros to make a new one. I applied for a new one on their website.

At first they denied that I did the course with them. After I dug up the payment records and the digital participation ticket (good I never erase emails) I written and asked to send me replacement to my new address (people move, it happens). They told me to try applying the old address, the new address and so on. Eventually someone told me my ticket is being sent to me. I answered to give him a current address (again) in case he didn't get it right.

After over a dozen emails and over 2 weeks, still nothing in my postbox. I called there last week, and an elderly woman said she will look into it. Today, nothing in my mailbox so I call again to have an incompetent person repeat like a broken record "It's not our fault you entered the wrong data, you should have written an email" (I did enter all correct data, and written an email! But you don't listen!). I tried to explain myself to which she was even more rude and brought me to tears before hanging up on me.

If I talked to customers like some of these people talked to me, I would be banned from working with people. But in M-A-U-S the customer is a pesky little rodent so they can treat it like trash.
