I hope I will never buy anything from you again
Good afternoon, I hope I will never buy anything from you again and will share reviews wherever possible!
I booked a table for a pin sometimes on June 30th. The first problem was that I have to coordinate the delivery myself and track it, ok. But why does the delivery company allow itself to be postponed to the next day and, as a result, arrive before July 21? Why do I have to change plans and be at home every day because your associates have problems and you can't take control and solve YOUR client's problem? No one has ever called me from you and delivery, to coordinate the delivery - even on those days when they promised to come, but it didn’t work out
As a result, the family pack did not come, because, as the operator from Madison told me, that another company delivers it and I did not accept it, although I initially found out about it at all! Heard it for the first time already on July 24th.
Bottom line: The table is very good, the materials are pleasant, even assembling the table was not difficult. But the delivery ruined everything...

Lamentamos que haya tenido incidencia con su pedido, pero la valoración no es ajustada.
Hemos estado pendientes de su envío durante 20 días.
La mesa salió a reparto hasta 5 veces sin opción de entrega por su ausencia aunque habían acordado entrega.
Le hemos llamado desde tienda y desde la delegación en destino en numerosas ocasiones y tiene varios emails.
Hemos tenido cargos por almacenaje por la demora de entrega que nunca se le han cobrado.
Finalmente se pudo entregar, gracias a que su hermano se tuvo que desplazar para que hubiera alguien en casa.
Actualmente, nos alegra, que tras solventar las incidencias, pueda disfrutar de su material en perfectas condiciones todo y hay que entender que es difícil realizar entregas si no hay nadie en el domicilio de destino.
Total lack shipping information
It is now 15 days since my prodcut was shipped from the factory but still nobody can tell me when it will arrive or give me a tracking number. The product is the price of a small car and needs many people to take delivery because it is so heavy, I need some advance notice of when it will arrive so i can get the other people here and we don't leave it on the street. It is not good enough Cornilleau.

Best brand but installation is hell
Delivery had some delays. It was originally a Christmas gift bought 1 month ago but it came too late. Cornilleau is the best brand for ping pong table and accessories but it took us half a day to install it.. so many pieces, so many steps..! How come it is so time consuming for the consumers ? I am not buying a IKEA equipment at cheap cost.
Also some screws were missing from the kit so I had to buy it myself in the DYI shop which cost me extra time.
Some enhancements could me make in terms of facilitating consumers’ life who pays extra money to get a high quality table.

The delivery system in Spain is unfit for purpose .The product was in
Alicanti for 10 days awaiting delivery .Cornilleau Espana were Thisunhelpful in resolving problem and were unable to dial an international number as was the delivery company .
Customer relations is not part of your company DNA .

We regret your experience with Cornilleau Spain, but in your delivery there were several inconveniences ( several holidays on the dates, they went twice causing absent ) not usual.
The most important incovenience, we were unaware that it had an incidence.
Customer or company notice, we solve, but no news, good delivery.
We had no notification of incidence until after a week or more.
In no case your case was disregarded, from the time reported an incident until its delivery.
