I have been buying my cats’s food specific for his urinary needs and I have been happy with their subscription service. They send you reminder emails before shipping to avoid surprises and let you change the products on your order accordingly. You can delay or if needed send your auto-ship earlier as needed. The only thing I don’t like is that they offer 24-72 hr shipping which may be true but the actual processing time takes times so don’t expect such a quick turnaround. Maybe 5-7 days so plan accordingly. Finally, the actual food is good quality cat food not like the one you buy at the supermarket and if you want your cat to have a long life you have to feed it quality food and it costs more. This is much better than the c/d just by reading the ingredients , and it is the brand my veterinary friends feed their cats.

Top class customer service
Very friendly and helpful customer service! Besides that the product that I am subscribed for has been helping my cat with the urinal issues.
Furthermore, I had an issue with the delivery (of course it was DHL) who didn't want to bring the package to my door, and Virbac team immediately changed the courier service from DHL to other services, and it has been great 😃

Invoicing- even though I provided the company name to go on the factura , my name has appeared instead .

Awfull customer care
There was a significant delay in the delivery and no phone contact to contact them. I wrote them using the web form, and I am still waiting for an answer. I will cancel my subscription
