Esalon said they would make it up to me as they messed up before! Well I was supposed to receive a Light Medium Blonde (sent picture). After receiving Color stating that was the Color, turned my Hair Orange Red that Not my Shade! Contacted them w pic about there mistake & never received a reply! I’m left w paying Hair Beautician to Fix my Hair! Lousy Company!!!
Seemed genuine but the colour was not what I expected ordered lightest blonde ended up ginger. When I complained about colour offered me to change colour for free but when I ordered they said they couldn't send it. I couldn't be bothered with hassle so I cancelled order.
