Process was super quick and everyone was super nice! The communication was prompt and clear. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the staff member that was initially assigned to me never contacted me. After raising this to ESA Pet, they assigned another staff member, who also didnt contact me in a timely manner. It was only after pressing ESA that they had until the following day to solve the situation or refund the fee did the clinician finally contact me.
