I had such a great experience using EscapeSIM while I was travelling. It was super easy to set up and the connection was really reliable the whole time I was away, which made things so much easier.

The price is honestly one of the best I’ve seen compared to other eSIMs, and the different packages they offer are really good value depending on how much data you need, and they have a wide variety to choose from.

I’d definitely recommend EscapeSIM to anyone travelling. It’s simple, affordable, and just works. I’ve actually just bought another one for my upcoming Asia travels, so it’s definitely my go-to eSIM now.

My go to e sim when travelling ! So easy to set up. I landed in London and was able to quickly set up my sim at the airport!! I purchased the sim that covers UK and EU countries almost 1 month on I’m still travelling and it’s still going strong. With Escape sim I never have to worry about turning off my data it last forever ! Highly recommend !!!

Service and reliability is 100%. Have had no issues in Cambodia, internet consistent. Easy to set up and use. Tom is always on hand for any questions - only one I had was that I forgot to put data roaming on, something I was told already and Tom was ever so patient. EscapeSIM was really easy to use and didn’t have any troubles connecting while away on holidays. Traveled to Dallas, Germany, Austria and Italy- perfect and reliable internet. Will definitely be using this again!!

I struggled with old SIM out and new SIM in, years ago before eSIMS arrived to confuse me even more.
I faced new terms of which I couldn’t understand. Eg:
Allow Cellular Data Switching,
Default Voice Line,
Data Roaming and what topped it all was:
eSIMs don’t make Calls !!! (So why would I want one- as I intend to make Calls.)

So escapeSIM was recommended by an Aussie mate, so I contacted the Help Line.

I received very helpful replies to my many questions from Tom, who I figured out because of his step by step detailed replies, that he either owned the escapeSIM business or he was the Manager of the Helpline staff showing them how look after Customer queries.

Having landed in Melbourne, I pushed the option buttons as Tom advised and IT ALL WORKED. I made calls and did all things I usually did back in my home country.

As a Pensioner I thoroughly recommend this eSIM company, not only because of their competitive pricing but because of their excellent Customer Helpline service.

I used escape sim in Bali, the set up process was so quick and easy to understand, and the team at escape sim were quick to help with any questions I had, I will be using them again.

I bought this on the first day of my trip to Japan. Within minutes I was connected and online. Throughout the trip, I had no issues with the data or reception. I would highly recommend it to others and use it again.

Absolutely fantastic value. It's done exactly what I needed and gave me internet while abroad that's not at an extortionate price like many providers out there. Order, email sent instantly with QR code, scan on phone, internet is on. Perfect. I've been and currently am using their eSims in Asia - Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea - for the last 5 months. I have been extremely impressed. My Asian adventure ends today, and I've just ordered their EU eSim for the final leg of my trip. I hope it works as well as it does out in Asia.

I used the esim for Korea and Japan, no problems. Data usage very accurate still got plenty left at end of trip.

Used for Japan. Easy to use, was no problem with mobile internet. Only one moment that the provider is some Chinese operator (maybe Hong Kong).

eSim mostly worked fine but if you use TikTok don't get this sim as TikTok is blocked. The sim is based in Hong Kong where TikTok is banned.

Just used sim for Vietnam and Singapore, worked perfectly

Bought two esims. The first one should include 3GB to Chile, but it stopped working before that. The second one included an additional 2GB and also stopped working in a day, even though I was travelling in the Atacama desert with limited access or use (after all I was enjoying the desert and not really surfing the web most of the time). In any case it also stopped working quite fast. Fortunately I cached the Google maps otherwise I might have been in trouble.

I had an issue with activating my eSIM and reached out to the company for support on the matter.
I had a kind and personable response from Tom at EscapeSIM and we found a resolution together.

The customer service experience was grounded and satisfying, where the representative was understanding and willing to meet my needs in a very prompt manner.

I skeptically got the 3GB for use for my USA trip, given at the time there we no reviews and the pricing was on the lower side - it worked like a charm!
